The company Beograd na vodi d.o.o. has submitted a request to the Ministry of Environmental Protection for approval of the Impact Assessment Study for a new residential and commercial complex within the Belgrade Waterfront project, which will be built between the Gazela Bridge and the Old Rail Bridge. The study was prepared by the company ECOlogica URBO doo.

The complex includes six buildings with a shared underground garage on two levels, with a total gross above-ground area of approximately 60,400 m2. Phase-based construction is planned, with buildings A1, A2, A3 and A4 being built in the first phase, while the second phase includes the construction of buildings B1 and B2.

Buildings A1 to A4 are designed with a ground floor plus nine floors, while buildings B1 and B2 are planned as ground floor plus eight floors. A total of 641 apartments will be built within the complex.

A total of 17 shops are planned on the ground floors of all buildings, oriented towards the streets and the inner courtyard, with some of them intended for catering facilities such as cafes and bars. Housing is organized on all floors above the ground floor.

A shared underground garage on two levels is planned with a total of 751 parking spaces, including spaces for people with disabilities. Access to the garage is provided via several ramps that connect to surrounding roads, including Vudroa Vilsona Boulevard.
