Pozega to get its first retail park – EUR 4 million investment

After decades of waiting, this year the municipality of Pozega is finally getting its first retail park, and according to announcements, its opening is expected in November.

It will cover 4,800 square meters and will be located on the main road, just 800 meters from the center of the municipality.

– In this retail center, citizens will have access to numerous brands, both domestic and international, well-known to everyone. According to initial estimates, about 90 people will get new jobs. The investor is MCS-sistem, and the construction will cost more than EUR 4 million – confirmed the local government.

The urban planning design provides for easy access to internal roads as well as parking and amenities, and 50 parking spaces are planned for visitors.

In addition to boutiques, the retail center will also include supermarkets, pharmacies, drugstores, technology stores, toy stores, cafes...
