Confluence Property Management takes over operations management of Robne Kuce Beograd market chain
Confluence Property Management announced Sunday (26 February 2012) that it had taken over the operations management of the largest regional chain of department stores, the company Robne Kuce Beograd (RKB).
Co-owners of RKB - Marfin Investment Group and Verano Motors, have entrusted Confluence, the leading property management company, with the management of their portfolio of commercial facilities. Confluence will be responsible for, among the rest, planning a mix of tenants and product (service) categories, space leasing and customer relationship management, business planning and reporting and representing investors in daily activities, reads a statement.
According to the words of RKB CEO Krsta Sandic, such decision was made after an analysis of the current situation in the market and in line with RKB's development plans.
- Upon considering current market trends, the management and co-owners of RKB have decided to hire Confluence, the leading property management company in this area, in order to improve the operations and increase the value of the total of 34 department stores on the territory of Serbia in the following period - Sandic explained.
Tijana Vujovic, executive director of Confluence, thanked Marfin Investment Group and Verano Motors, as well as RKB CEO Krsta Sandic, for their trust and stressed she was sure that the cooperation would be fruitful.
- Confluence currently manages the largest shopping center in Serbia - Usce Shopping Center, the most eminent business building - BC Usce, as well as retail stores in the central pedestrian zone - Knez Mihailova Street. The management of the largest regional chain of department stores, like Robne Kuce Beograd, poses a big challenge for us, and I am sure that we will successfully respond to it, to a mutual satisfaction - Tijana Vujovic pointed out.
