Goč gets a tourist mountain village - Construction of 20 typical houses and a restaurant is planned (PHOTO)

The municipality of Vrnjačka Banja has announced a public presentation of the urban planning project which envisages the construction of a tourist complex with a total of 21 objects - 15 typical holiday houses, five houses intended for people with disabilities and one restaurant in Stanišinci in the Goč mountain. The investor is a natural person, the project was created by the company Arhitekt pro, while the conceptual solution is signed by MioProjekt doo.

The complex is designed as a modern, functional unit intended for rest and stay in natural surroundings.

Construction will take place in five phases, starting with a restaurant with a ground structure, one typical house and one house adapted to people with disabilities. In the following phases, further capacity expansion is planned, so that in each of them a combination of typical houses and houses for people with disabilities will be built, with the final expansion including the largest number of buildings.

Typical holiday homes are designed as compact buildings with a surface area of around 60 m² gross, with the ground floor where the entrance area, kitchen with dining room, living room, bathroom and staircase are located, while in the attic there are two bedrooms.

Houses for people with disabilities have a similar structure, but with an adapted layout and a smaller useful area, including a platform on the ground floor and a bedroom in the attic.

The restaurant, with a gross area of ​​116 m², includes a guest area, bar, kitchen, storerooms, changing rooms and toilet blocks.
