The City of Zrenjanin has announced the sale of undeveloped construction land in several locations.
The subject of the alienation are four plots in Igmanska Street in Zrenjanin, with an area of 640, 645, 651 and 659 square meters, whose individual starting price is between 2.5 and 2.6 million dinars.
The advertisement published by the Zrenjanin Construction Land Commission states that these plots can be used for the construction of residential and commercial buildings, public facilities and public functions.
Three plots in Partizanska Street in Taras, with an area of 1,388, 1,403 and 4,028 square meters, are also for sale. Starting prices range from 233,836 to 678,597 dinars. The same type of buildings as in Igmanska Street can be built on this land.
The sale of a plot in Aradac, with an area of 33,117 square meters, has also been announced, at a starting price of 10,968,681 dinars.
It is allowed to build business buildings, workshops, warehouses and storehouses, reservoirs and silos, buildings for growing, producing and storing agricultural products.
A plot in the Gornja Muzlja locality, with an area of 27,047 square meters, is also being sold, at a starting price of 7,663,767 dinars. The construction of business buildings and waste storage is allowed on this land.
The list for sale also includes a plot in Zarka Zrenjanina Street, with an area of 19,663 square meters, with a starting price of 23,777,526 dinars. It is possible to build production plants, showrooms, and warehouse space here.
The sale of undeveloped construction land in the public property of the city of Zrenjanin is carried out by collecting written bids.
The opening of received applications is scheduled for January 13 of next year, and the land will be sold to the participant who bids the highest price.
