New property being built in Zvezdara: Residential-office complex of 5,600 m2
The Belgrade Municipality of Zvezdara will get another residential-business building: a 5,593 m2 building is being raised on the corner of Vladimira Gortana and Gusinjska streets.
The Urban Planning Project is being developed by the Center for Urban Development Planning CEP from Belgrade, and the investor is the Belgrade company Premium.
The responsible urban planner is Ana Ivanovic, and the responsible designer is Ognjen Djurovic.
The area within the boundaries of the urban project is 2,297 m2. The building with a floor structure of 2B+B/SB+GF+6+RF will be built at 20 Vladimira Gortana Street. It will include 38 apartments, two business premises and 45 parking spaces.
The total gross floor area of the building is 5,593 m2, of which the above-ground gross floor area is 3,835 m2.
The public presentation of the urban planning project lasts until September 26.
