Four large plots of land in Nova Pazova for construction of industrial and logistics complexes up for sale
The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has published a public advertisement for the sale of four large plots of land in Nova Pazova, intended for the construction of industrial, logistics and business-production complexes. The total area of the land included in the advertisement is more than 210,000 m2, and the starting prices have been determined in accordance with the assessment of the market value of the Tax Administration.
The largest plot, with an area of 100,927 m2, is offered at a starting price of around 407 million dinars, while the smallest, with an area of 16,769 m2, has a starting price of 67.6 million dinars. The remaining two plots cover 25,001 m2 (starting price 100.8 million dinars) and 72,176 m2 (starting price 291.1 million dinars).
According to the plan, these locations can be used to build goods, transport and logistics centers, production and business complexes, food industry facilities, as well as the electronics and optical devices industry. The construction of facilities that would have a negative impact on the environment, such as chemical production or oil refining, is prohibited.
The right to participate in the procedure is open to legal entities and individuals who purchase the sales documentation and pay a deposit. The deadline for submitting bids is October 14, and for more information (in Serbian), see HERE.
