City of Belgrade offering 179 outlets and offices up for lease – Initial prices from 337 dinars per square meter

The City Administration of the City of Belgrade has advertised the public bidding for the lease of a total of 179 business spaces, among which are outlets, warehouses and offices, spread across different location throughout the capital city.

The initial lease prices range from 337 to 2,253 dinars per square meter, depending on the location and type of space.

Eligible bidders are natural and legal persons that submit valid applications by May 14, 2025.

The public bidding will be held on May 16.
