For business and relaxation - Four-star Palville Apartments complex in Palic

A pleasant blend of relaxation and easy business is the new concept of a suite complex that makes the tourist offer of Palic complete. This four-star Palville Apartments complex is situated 350 meters away from Palic Lake. A suite owner can enjoy a comfortable ambiance and contents offered by the hotel center Palville and even rent the suite out when not using it.

- There are 63 suites within the complex, half of which have already been sold. The buyer can let us rent the suite out when he or she is not staying in it. Most buyers are interested in doing this kind of business. We opened the suite complex in September 2010, and what is still left to be done is the construction of another building, which we expect to be finished in 30 to 45 days. Construction of a conference hall with 80 seats is also underway. Once completed, it will enable us to develop congress tourism as well - Milos Lazic, manager of Palville Apartments, says in an interview for eKapija.

According to his words, these suites have four stars and are classified as standard, superior and VIP, while the only difference between them is the size.

- Suites range in size between 33 and 54 square meters, and they comprise a bedroom, a living room with a small kitchen, and a bathroom. The buyer of a suite becomes a registered owner and the user of entire infrastructure. Suites are situated on three floors - ground floor, first floor, and second floor, and all tenants also get a parking place – says the complex manager.

Each suite has its own balcony with the view of an atrium with an outdoor swimming pool (20 x 8.5 m). The swimming pool includes certain number of hydro massagers and geysers, as well as a hydro massage section and a smaller pool for kids. It is a perfect place for various water activities such as, for example, aqua aerobic.

Palville also comprises a restaurant with 70 seats. It is situated on the ground level, on the southwest side of the facility.

This abundance of contents is supplemented by a wellness center with Finnish and steam saunas, hot tubs, massage rooms, etc.

The complex also includes a playground for kids. Various climbing structures, see-saws and swings are placed on the southwest side of the facility.

The project investor is Palville Invest. The author of the architectural project is Subotica-based Support, while the contractor is DG Company from Subotica. The project was implemented in association with Hypo-Alpe-Adria Bank.
