The construction of the Kopernikus Tower skyscraper in the location of the former flea market in Block 43 in New Belgrade will begin in the next two years, announced the director of this company, Srdjan Milovanovic.
– The construction will begin in around two years – Milovanovic said for Nova.rs.
The parcel in Block 43 in New Belgrade was sold at the end of 2019 to the company Kopernikus, which bought this land for RSD 2.36 billion. The new owner will be able to build a facility of around 65,000 m2, and the construction of a tower which should be the tallest one in the country has been announced.
