NAI Atrium sells one of most expensive villas in Belgrade

The company NAI Atrium has sold a heritage-protected villa, located in Ljube Stojanovica street, in the popular residential area of Profesorska Kolonija, Belgrade Center. This sale represents one of the highest priced house sales in Belgrade in the previous two years.

A lack of similar properties, uniqueness of the location and high quality of life in this particular neighborhood were immediately recognized and highly appreciated by the buyer. This sale also demonstrates that there is demand for good-quality houses - said Aleksandar Kurkanovic of NAI Atrium.
