Garages have become a veritable luxury on which you can earn up to several hundred euros a month. For example, in Vracar, you can rent a garage for EUR 320, whereas the price for the sale of such facilities now goes up to several dozen thousand euros per garage.
That we are not alone in this growth trend is also shown by the situation in the Croatian market. In Zagreb, the price of a square meter goes up to EUR 3,000, so a simple calculation says that you will pay nearly EUR 65,000 for 20 square meters of a garage.

That this is an upward growth trend is also shown by the fact that, last year, the asking price for a garage in city center was EUR 15,000 lower for 10 square meters more.
In other words, the price of a garage was about EUR 1,666 per square meter.
