Do-it-yourself store in Pancevo - 1,800-square-meter market in Aviv Park
The Belgian-Serbian company Uradi Sam will open its new retail store in our country in Pancevo-based Aviv Park, as part of the third phase of the park development, which will be finished in October 2011.
- That company has rented a 1,800-square-meter space and we have already started the fourth phase negotiations. Several brands that should appear in the market of Serbia for the first time have already confirmed interest - said people at Danos, which is the exclusive agent of Aviv Park.
Apart from DIS supermarket, which is already present in Aviv Park, other tenants will be brands JYSK, Deichmann, Takko, Peacocks, Fox, Tref sport, Golden rose, Delfi, In Medio, Panter Exchange office. The second phase opening is scheduled for May 30.
The Aviv Park investor is Aviv Arlon from Israel, one of the world's largest companies engaged in top real estate development since 1963.
