Construction of four-star Falkensteiner hotel begins in New Belgrade - Investment worth EUR 40 million

Construction of a four-star hotel of the famous hotel chain Falkensteiner commenced on Friday in New Belgrade's Block 11a.

A 12-floor tower with offices and office space, spanning 6,000 square meters, will be built within Maxima Center complex.

Investors Falkensteiner Michaeler (FTMG) and M.O.F. Beta Nekretnine intend to invest EUR 40 million in the city hotel and commercial facilities.

The hotel will comprise 171 rooms of contemporary design, suites, a top furnished conference hall with a ballroom, a spa center and "executive lounge" on the ground floor.
