Investor Directory available on City of Belgrade's website

The Investor Directory for juristic and physical persons was yesterday uploaded to the website of the City of Belgrade - www.beograd.rs, the City Administration announced.

The Investor Directory will include the data about all investors who have received a building permit after September 2009 when the new Law on Planning and Construction came into force, reads the statement.

- That directory will include all the data that are important - whether the investor is a physical or juristic person, basic information on the investor such as ID number, tax identification number, a short description of the facility for which the building permit is issued, etc. - said Secretary for Urban Planning and Construction Affairs Milan Vukovic.

He said that the idea of the legislator was to make such information public, transparent and clear for all possible future buyers in that location, as well as to protect legal investors from some possibly illegal ones.
