Hilton in Podgorica - Five-star hotel with 210 rooms in location of oldest hotel in capital city of Montenegro

The oldest hotel in Podgorica, Crna Gora (Montenegro), will be reconstructed by the standards of the hotel chain Hilton, people at Podgorica-based company Normal Turs announced.

Representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Normal Turs will sign on Monday, April 11, an agreement on funding that project.

A year ago an agreement was signed between Hilton and Normal Turs, by which the new hotel should comprise 210 rooms and all necessary contents, based on which it should get five stars.

As it was announced on that occasion, the construction of the new hotel was supposed to commence in February 2011 and end in two years.

Hilton's hotel in Podgorica will be the second Hilton hotel in the Balkans since one such hotel already exists in Dubrovnik.
