Construction of Unique Silver Village Complex on Kopaonik to Start Soon – Each Mountain-Style Home to Have Full Spa Center (PHOTO)

In the weekend settlement of Kopaonik, the plan is to soon start building a unique complex called Silver Village.

As the investor, Leon Popovic from Kragujevac, revealed for eKapija, what makes this project on a plot of land of 0.09 ha unique is that each house within the complex will have its own full spa center.

– There is nothing like it on Kopaonik at the moment, spa centers can only be found in hotels, or as shared spaces within a complex. Silver Village Kopaonik will have 6 “smart houses” in a mountain style and each one will have floor heating and a mini spa in the basement rooms – a steam bath (a Turkish bath), an infrared sauna, a salt room, tepidariums and hot tubs on exterior balconies – our interviewee says.

The houses, each of which will have around 84 m2 of usable floor area, will be built on a plot of land of 0.09 ha, Popovic says.

– The building permit has been obtained and the construction is to start this spring, and we expect the houses to be ready for tenants by the beginning of the next winter season at the end of this year.

Popovic also adds that each house will have its own parking space.

The project for Silver Village Kopaonik is signed by architect Jelena Rajic of Omni Architecture Kragujevac, and the investor emphasizes that 7 parking spaces are also planned within the complex.

He also announces that he is planning a similar project near Prijepolje, upon the completion of this one, possibly with even more houses, and the negotiations about the land are already in progress.
