Kempinski officially confirmed intention to make Jugoslavija hotel part of its prestigious hotel chain

Kempinski hotel chain, one of the most prestigious brands in the hotel business, under the name of which 62 hotels operate in the world's most exclusive locations, has confirmed the intention to make Belgrade-based Jugoslavija hotel part of its network.
According to the information published on the official Internet presentation of the company Kempinski, Jugoslavija hotel will have 5 stars and it will be part of a new complex comprising 1,500 square meters of conference space, spacious wellness and spa centers, stores, several restaurants, and an underground parking lot. An exclusive shopping center and a 33-floor residential tower, designed according to the world's highest standards, will make this complex complete and unique in the Balkans in many ways. The plan is that, upon reconstruction, the hotel be a combination of a first-class place for rest and a meeting place for businessmen.
Kempinski hotels exist since 1897 and represent the oldest group of luxury hotels in Europe. Kempinski is a member of the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), the world's biggest alliance of independent hotels.
The project of reconstruction of Jugoslavija hotel is currently in the phase when the necessary permits are being collected. This investment is worth between 120 and 150 million euros.
