Banca Intesa sells Vetfarm's business center in New Belgrade at starting price of 7.9 million euros

Banca Intesa has advertised an auction sale of a four-floor business building in New Belgrade, at 7b Milutina Milankovica Street, at the starting price of 7.8 million euros. It is the former business center of the pharmaceutical wholesaler Vetfarm.

This building spans 4,156 square meters and it has the cellar, ground floor and four overground floors.

The public auction will take place on February 11, 2011, and each bidder has to submit an evidence of the paid guarantee in amount of 10% of the starting price of the property.
