Komercijalna Bank sells exclusive building on Dedinje - Galathea for sale at starting price of 3.4 million euros

Komercijalna Banka is selling an exclusive office space on Dedinje at the starting price of 3.4 million euros. It is a modern building with five apartments, ranging in size between 100 and 191 square meters, and a garage in the basement, in an attractive location at 14a Mihaila Avramovica Street, daily paper Politika announced today.

The building, surrounded by a garden, is in the possession of the Special Hospital for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery.

Public auction will be held on January 18 at 10 AM in the premises of Komercijalna Banka at 14 Svetog Save Street.
