Construction of a residential facility with about 400 apartments by the City Housing Agency in the location of Metino Brdo in Kragujevac should commence in 2011. That investment will be financed from the loan granted by the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB), based on an agreement concluded with the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning.
According to the decision made at the today's session of the City Council, the City Housing Agency has an obligation to prepare all the necessary documentation for the location of Metino Brdo in association with the Directorate for City Planning and competent administrations.
That means, as Director of the City Housing Agency Vladan Mihajlovic explained, that the construction of 400 apartments may commence in 2011, 200 of which will be commercial apartments, while the rest will be intended for the public housing fund, that is, lease. With the construction of this building, as Mihajlovic added, the problem of tenants in Teslina Street will be solved as well.Companies:
