Italnis builds sports and recreation center in location of Lozni Kalem in Niska Banja - 150 million euros for future tourist pearl of Serbia

The company Italnis in Niska Banja bought a land in the location of Lozni Kalem in Niska Banja at an auction on December 17 and it plans to have a sports and recreation center, worth between 120 and 150 million euros, built on that land.

Italnis was the only bidder at the auction and it bought the land at 14.95 ha at the starting price of RSD 780 per square meter.

Ljubisa Janjic, the Head of the City Property Administration of Nis, said to the press that sports-recreation and health-recreation contents would be built in the location of Lozni Kalem at the entrance to Niska Banja spa, as well as that the period for completion of works was five years.

The complex will comprise facilities for mini sports, tennis, aqua-park, swimming pools, hotels, as well as health care, tourist and commercial facilities.
