Maxima Center in New Belgrade - First tenants in elite commercial-residential complex by end of 2010

In the vicinity of the Danubian quay, in one of the most attractive locations in New Belgrade - Block 11a, the first residential facilities of an elite commercial-residential complex will be finished in early November. Maxima Center, tucked between Mihaila Pupina Boulevard, Tresnjinog Cveta Street, Nikole Tesle Boulevard and Aleksinackih Rudara Street, will comprise three facilities with ground floor, gallery and four to six floors. The gross surface of the overground floors is 38,700 square meters, while the surface of floors under the ground is 10,560 square meters. The whole complex will include about 200 residential units.
The facility in Block 11a, facing Tresnjinog Cveta Street, is VIG Plaza business building, which received its first tenants in June.
(Residential complex on lot 6)
- Maxima Center occupies three building lots - 3, 5 and 6. The financier of the works on building lot 3 is Promomedia, while the works on building lots 5 and 6 are financed by Capotto Build and Imperial Gradnja, which is also the general contractor for the works on the whole complex - Ivan Pavicevic, the Marketing Director at Imperial Gradnja, explains for eKapija.
A hotel of famous Falkensteiner hotel chain is planned to be built on building lot 1, while a business building of Banca Intesa will be situated on building lot 2.
Building lot 3, which is already occupied by VIG Plaza, is the site of the ongoing works on the construction of a part of the residential complex that will be finished by mid-2011, while the works on a section of the residential complex on building lots 5 and 6 are in their final phase.

The greatest quality of the complex is its location, which offers peace and autonomy within a real city quarter, while a special advantage is the vicinity of the river and the walk, as well as large shopping and administrative-business centers.
Maxima Center complex will be under the common system of control and supervision, as well as the maintenance service. According to the plan, the entrance zones of the residential part will have a reception desk where all users of residential units and visitors will be able to get all the necessary information. It will also serve as the control center.
Flexible commercial, business and service outlets will be situated on the ground floors of facilities, which will enable the users of the whole block to satisfy a large number of their day-to-day needs. The space between the facilities will be turned into mini squares that give a significant contribution to micro-ambient.
- The structure of apartments ranges from two-room flats to those with five rooms and all residential units are furnished in accordance with high global standards. The offer currently includes the apartment on building lots 5 and 6, while the sale of apartments on building lot 3 is expected to commence at the end of 2010 - says Pavicevic.
The interior of apartments is flexible and depends on the wish of tenants, while modern ambient is the basic concept of all residential units.
