Building Land Between Ada Ciganlija and Hippodrome Offered for EUR 27 Million
The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has put building land publicly owned by the city and located along Radnicka Street, close to the Sports and Recreation Center Ada Ciganlija, the Hippodrome and the cultural-historical and tourist unit Topcider, up for sale. The land of 55,169 m2 is sold at an initial price of RSD 3.18 billion, that is, around EUR 27 million.
According to the planning document, the location consists of areas of other purposes – commercial zones and city centers. In this location, commercial activities such as shopping centers, hypermarkets, shopping malls, gas stations, distribution centers, wholesale outlets, warehouses, green markets, commercial garages are not allowed, and the allowed compatible purposes are features from the field of culture and sports facilities and complexes.
The investor’s obligation will be to carry out all the works on the preparation and equipping of the land and to contract and pay all the costs for the power and TC networks and structures, cable distribution systems, as well as the heating and gasification network and structures with the relevant utility enterprises and other legal entities.
Also, the investor’s obligation is to take all the necessary actions toward the obtaining of the building and exploitation permits.
The obligation of the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency is to develop the public building land in line with the valid planning document and the program of developing and allocating building land.
Applications for participation in the public bidding may be filed by December 16, whereas the public bidding will be held a day later at the premises of the Agency.
