Teozis to Raise Building in Cukarica in Belgrade

Teozis LTD from Srbobran has obtained the building permit for the construction of a residential building along a single lateral border of the accompanying parcel, with a basement and three floors, including the ground floor and the loft, in Belgrade, at BB Majdanska Street, on the cadaster parcel no. 1360/1 KO Cukarica.

Six apartments of various structures on the floors and eight parking spaces in the basement garage are planned. The gross floor area is 339.30 m2.

The estimated value of the works is RSD 33,464.241.

Before the beginning of the construction, the investor is obliged to remove the single-floor family building of 48 m2.

The project was prepared by the design studio A-Tim Plus from Crna Trava.
