Partizanski Put Company up for Sale – Initial Price for Facilities in Visnjica and Exploitation Field Near Niska Banja RSD 278 Million

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has put up two ads for the sale of the company Partizanski Put in bankruptcy.

The first ad pertains to the sale of the property of the bankruptcy debtor at an initial price of RSD 196,534,795, which includes 11 facilities in Visnjica.

Five buildings for miscellaneous industrial activities, two garages, a gas station, a substation, unregistered facilities, including three canopies and a warehouse of flammable materials, are cited as the most valuable property.

The property is bought as seen, without a guarantee, and eligible purchasers are all legal and natural persons that pay a deposit of RSD 500,000.

The second ad pertains to the sale of the exploitation rights of the bankruptcy debtor in the Ostrovica exploitation field near Niska Banja, as well as unregistered property, which includes canopies, warehouses and a facility for the accommodation of workers, at an initial price of RSD 82,105,302.

Eligible purchasers are all legal and natural persons that pay a deposit of RSD 200,000.

Both sales will be carried out in the form of public bidding, which will be held on September 21, at 11 AM, at 23 Terazije Street in Belgrade.

Partizanski Put has been in bankruptcy since 2016. The company’s core activity was the construction of roads and highways.
