BIP up for Sale for EUR 35 Million – Lot Includes Parcel Above Mostarska Petlja in Belgrade, Trademarks, Property in Cacak, Kragujevac, Budva…
The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of the property of Beogradska Industrija Piva (BIP) in bankruptcy at an initial price of RSD 4.17 billion (EUR 35 million).
The most valuable property of BIP in Belgrade consists of the production complex in Vojvode Radomira Putnika Street, a location near Mostarska Petlja with a total real area of over 26,700 m2 and a juice factory on the Zrenjanin Road on over 11,800 m2.
According to the ad, the lot includes Fabrika Piva i Slada Cacak, business buildings in Obrenovac, Kosovska Mitrovica and Alibunar, a sales center in Kragujevac and an apartment in Budva.
Along with BIP, the offer includes 12 registered trademarks in Serbia, among which are Bg svetlo pivo and Bg tamno pivo, Kvas and three international trademarks.
According to the ad, disputed rights over the vinegar factory in Belgrade, as well as equipment in production facilities in Belgrade and Cacak, are also counted among the important property of BIP.
The sale will be carried out through public collection of bids, which will be publicly opened on August 16 at noon, fifteen minutes after the expiration of the bid submission deadline.
Let us remind that the Detailed Regulation Plan for the BIP space in the capital of Serbia has already been prepared. It envisages the turning of this business zone into a commercial zone. According to the document, the aim of the plan is for the rules of construction of business-commercial features to be defined for this area, and the plan is for the production capacities to be moved to the outskirts of Belgrade.
