"Plaza Center" in Kragujevac will take two more years to be built

Members of the City Council of Kragujevac gave approval to the Public Company for the construction of the city of Kragujevac to extend the deadline for completion of the facility, "SEK" Ltd. Belgrade and "Plaza Center".

As noted at the municipal site, although the investor has timely commenced construction, as a consequence of a general worsening of economic situation that was felted in all segments of business, the investor was unable to fullfill his commitments.

Given that the deadline scheduled by the contract expires in the middle of August this year, the deadline for completion of the work will be extended for two years, it is stated.

The Israeli company "Plaza" will invest 60 million eur in the shopping mol "Plaza" in which there will be located more than 100 worldwide brands and domestic producers, Fantasy Park of 2,000 square meters, multiplex cinemas with 900 seats, bars, fast food restaurant with 350 seats, bowling alley, billiard hall, indoor sports facilities.
