Savograd opens its doors on June 24 - new 18,500 square meters of exclusive office space in New Belgrade

The Sava Business Center, a modern business complex in New Belgrade, will be ceremoniously opened on Thursday, June 24. The facility whose investor is Austrian real estate fund CA Immo International is situated next to Hyatt Regency hotel, in the vicinity of Usce business and shopping center.

Effective lease area amounts to 18,500 square meters, while the complex also comprises 400 parking places and an underground garage. Austrian CA Immo is present in Serbia since 2007, and the Sava Business Center project represents a significant greenfield investment in Belgrade.

The new business building in New Belgrade will be ceremoniously opened by Dr. Oliver Dulić, the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning of Serbia, and Wolfhard Fromwald, a member of the Managing Board of CA Immo.
