Still no Buyers for Property of Construction Company Rad in Belgrade

(Illustration) The property of the construction company Rad in bankruptcy, located in the territory of the Belgrade municipality of Savski Venac, has not been sold, as no deposit was paid nor was a banking guarantee for the purchase provided, so the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency declared the sale unsuccessful.

Let us remind that the property at the unfinished facility in Mihajla Bogicevica Street, consisting of 13 apartments of 36 to 94 square meters, as well as three outlets on the ground floor, was offered at an initial price of RSD 77.7 million.
