Fourth Sale of Immovable Property of Chemical and Wood Company Blagotin – Facilities and Apartments Offered at RSD 6.7 Million

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the fourth sale of the immovable property of the Blagotin factory in Belusic near Rekovac.

The value of the property split into several lots is around RSD 6.7 million.

Up for sale are two chemical industry halls, four wood, furniture and paper industry halls, as well as three publicly owned apartments.

Bids may be sent by April 8.

There were no responses to the previous tender for the sale of Blagotin’s property, which took place in 2019.
