The Municipality of Vrnjacka Banja is selling building land of 1,266 m2 at an initial price of RSD 7.6 million.
The land is located in a zone meant for business activities, with residential features. The purpose of the facility is business and public functions on the first two floors (including the ground floor), whereas the upper floors may feature apartments and hotel facilities.
The future buyer is obliged to carry out all the works on the preparation and equipping of the building land.
Bids may be submitted by March 24, 2021.
