Commencement of construction of ethnic village on Kopaonik - complex in the style of Serbian medieval architecture

(Preliminary solution for ethnic village St. Simeon)

Belgrade-based KBM Plus announced that it would start the construction of ethnic village St. Simeon on Kopaonik mountain the next week, in which EUR 25m would be invested.

According to the announcement, the plan is that this tourist complex, at the surface of 19,500 square meters, comprises 27 houses, a hotel and a church.

The first phase of construction of facilities at 5,500 square meters will be finished during the forthcoming winter tourist season.

The foundation stone for construction of ethnic village St. Simeon, in the location of Jaram in the municipality of Brus, will be laid on Tuesday, June 1st.

It is stated in the promotional material that the complex will be built in the style of Serbian medieval architecture.

The owner of KBM Plus is producer Bojan Maljević.
