New 46 Parcels of Building Land to be Put up for Sale in Zrenjanin

The city councilors in Zrenjanin have adopted a new proposal of alienation of publicly owned building land for the current year, according to which, the city is to put 46 parcels up for sale, as announced on the city’s website.

The deputy mayor of Zrenjanin, Sasa Santovac, says that the city’s obligation is to adopt a new alienation program by March 30 each year.

– At the moment, the plan includes 46 parcels. The City of Zrenjanin is actively working on increasing the number of those parcels, so it’s possible for changes to the program to be made over the course of this year. By adopting this proposition, if it is also adopted by the City Assembly, we have opened the possibility of opening a new contest for the alienation of building land – Santovac said.
