The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has put Vila Javor on Zlatibor, of 236.5 m2, up for rent.

This property is located along the road which leads to Partizanske Vode, and it is part of the property of the bankruptcy debtor 21. maj – Hotelijerstvo i ugostiteljstvo d.o.o. Beograd.

The rent is to be contracted for an indeterminate period of time and until the monetization of the property that is the subject of the rent or until the sale of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity.

Bids may be submitted by December 31, 2020, and the criterion is the highest offered monthly rent price.
