A complex in Block 40 in New Belgrade will soon be available to interested investors, who will be able to build commercial features there.
According to the website of the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency, the construction of commercial features is planned in this location, whereas residential features are not allowed.
The complex of 6,230 m2 is located between Heroja sa Kosara Blvd (UMP), the railway and Tosin Bunar Street.
The gross building area is 13,083 m2, and the facilities may have up to 3 floors (including the ground floor).
Let us remind that another location is being prepared for investors between Ada Ciganlija and the Hippodrome, which eKapija has already written about, whereas the parcel in Block 41a in New Belgrade is ready for investors.
