BIGZ Publishing to Decide on Sale of High-value Property on December 10
BIGZ Publishing a.d. will hold an extraordinary meeting on December 10 in order to decide on the sale of high-value property to the Belgrade-based company MPP Bigz, according to the invitation published yesterday at the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
The proposal includes the sale of BIGZ Publishing's stake in the office building at 17 Vojvode Misica Blvd in Belgrade, the Ekspedicija building in the same location and the right of use on several cadaster parcels.
MPP Bigz was founded in early April 2020, and the only member of this LLC is the Cypriot company MPP Bigz CY Limited from Nicosia.
BIGZ Publishing is owned by Nova Skolska Knjiga, which has a 76.7% stake, the state's Equity Fund owns 4.3%, whereas the rest is owned by natural persons.
The determining of the values of the company's shares will also be proposed to the stakeholders, according to the invitation to the extraordinary session.
