Montenegrin Inex Zlatna Obala at auction on March 19 - three business facilities in Belgrade also for sale

- Hotel-tourist complex Inex Zlatna Obala in Montenegrin town of Sutomore will be offered for sale tomorrow (March 19th, 2010) at the auction - the Privatization Agency of Serbia announced.

Inex Zlatna Obala belongs to Belgrade-based company Fond Inex interexport in restructuring.

That tourist complex at the Adriatic coast, which was unsuccessfully put up for auction sale several times, comprises 64 tourist facilities, 47 of which are bungalows, at total surface of 13,892 square meters and a garage at 405 square meters.

The buildings are situated at more than 3.5 ha of land with junctions, parking lots, promenades.

Three business facilities in Belgrade owned by Fond Inex Interexport - a specialized store in Sremska Street, a business building in Rajiceva Street and an office space in the Third Boulevard in New Belgrade - will be also offered for sale at the tomorrow's auction in the premises of the Privatization Agency.
