Commercial property and restaurant in Zeleznik for sale at RSD 146.1 million

(Illustration) The property of Ivo Lola Ribar Sistem a.d. has been put up for sale in a public bidding procedure. The initial price of the property is RSD 146.1 million. This joint-stock company based in Belgrade's Cukarica neighborhood went bankrupt in 2015 and is now selling a multipurpose commercial facility and a restaurant in Zeleznik neighborhood, with the area of 3,894 m2.

The amount of the deposit required to participate in the public sale scheduled for October 5 is RSD 73 million.
