State invests 560m RSD in hotel on Stara mountain - project run by Mace

Total of 560m RSD from the budget of Serbia will be invested in construction of a hotel on Jabučko Ravnište on Stara mountain. The hotel will be opened in 2012.

Consulting company Mace is engaged in realization of the project for construction of the tourist complex within Phase 1a, and the value of the contract is 28.3m RSD.

In association with Horwath&Horwath Consulting from Zagreb, this consulting company will make the investment program (contents, capacities, specification of surfaces) and business plan (market analysis, marketing plan, management plan, financial plan) .
