New place for shopping in Belgrade's outskirts - first buyers in TC Point in Kaluđerica in May 2010
The inhabitants of Belgrade's settlement Kaluđerica will get the new place for family shopping and entertainment in May 2010 - Trade center Point. The retail space of that modern facility, of which construction started in September 2009 in Stepe Stepanović Street, will occupy about 5,500 square meters.
- About 65% of retail space have already been rented. The interest has, so far, been expressed by companies Štampa Sistem, Boungiorno, VIP Sistem, Jasmin, Amati, Medicopharm, Twister, DM, Yuglob, Peko – Milan Radović from Immopoint, the investor of the trade center, told eKapija.
TC Point will comprise supermarket Mercator, which will be serving its customers at 1,774.62 square meters on the ground floor of the center.
The plan is that, in addition to supermarket, TC Point also includes a bank office, household appliances store, perfume store, cafe, pastry shop, clothing and footwear stores, fast food court, playhouse for kids, exchange office, dry cleaning, toys store, accessories shop...
Total net surface of the shopping center in Kaluđerica is 9,018.64 square meters, 2,465.38 square meters of which will be occupied by a garage for visitors. There will be a direct entrance to the shopping center from the garage, as well as an exit to the space in front of the center where the playground for kids will be situated.
It is expected that Trade center Point will be daily visited by 6,000 people.
