Workers' University Building in Novi Sad up for Sale – Initial Price EUR 5.83 Million

The City of Novi Sad has advertised the sale of the Workers' University building at the initial price of EUR 5,835,946.75.

This is an office building at 7 Vojvodjanskih Brigada Street, without a defined activity. It has a basement and 14 floors (including the ground floor).

The building has 19 office spaces and 6,463.8 m2 of usable area.

Eligible bidders are all local and foreign natural and legal persons.

The bid submission deadline is 30 days from the date of the publication of the ad.

Let us remind that the Novi Sad city authorities have been searching for a solution for the building of the Workers' University for two decades now. The building was destroyed in a fire in early April 2000. However, despite the occasional announcements and promises, no suitable solution has been found so far. In May 2020, it was decided for the building to be put up for sale.
