City of Niš offered attractive locations to investors

City of Niš advertises the rental of land in several locations for construction of business and residential facilities.

The investors are offered building land in location Skopljanska in the city center, as well as three locations in housing complex Duvanište, two building parcels in Work zone "Sever" and location Donje Međurovo.

The land is offered for rent on the period of 99 years. The auction for sale of Donje Međurovo will be held on April 6th, while the auction for remaining five locations will take place on March 19th.

The location in Skopljanska Street is planned to be used for construction of bank and post offices, hotels, cultural, supply, trade, catering and vocational facilities, as well as residential business facilities.

The starting price at the auction is 25,000 RSD per square meter.

One of the three locations in Duvanište is intended for construction of residential facilities, while the other two locations are intended for construction of business facilities.

The land in Work zone "Sever" and in the location of Donje Međurovo will be rented for construction of production and storage facilities.
