Eyemaxx builds Serbian Pandorf in Belgrade - 35m EUR for outlet center

(Pandorf)

Austrian industrial property development company Eyemaxx will have its first outlet center in Serbia built in Belgrade. The company will invest about 35m EUR in the shopping center, which will be modeled on Austrian Pandorf. It will be built in the lot at 50 ha that the company bought few years ago, which is situated near the first exit from Belgrade-Novi Sad highway.

According the announcement by Mihael Miler, Eyemaxx's owner, the outlet center in that location will occupy the surface of 9 ha.

- We kept that secret for a long time. When it comes to outlet centers, it is not desirable for any information to be reveal to the competition - says Miler and reveals that company Freeport has already been hired to supervise and run that facility.

Eyemaxx, of which partner is British fund Chayton Capital, started realization of the logistics center project at Niš-based airport Konstantin Veliki.
