Business building Hypo Plaza sold for 9m EUR

The business building known as Hypo Plaza, which is situated in New Belgrade's Zorana Đinđića Boulevard, was sold in late 2009.

Having decided to sell the building at 4,900 square meters, former owner, Gruppo MB, hired famous British consulting company King Sturge.

King Sturge managed to sell the facility in record time to a private Swiss corporation for 9m EUR.

The new owner's plan is to rent the space in the building to first-class tenants such as SBB and Hypo Bank. Based on the information available to King Sturge, this is the only bigger transaction in Serbian real estate market in 2009.
