Unsuccessful offer for sale of Yugoexport's building in Kolarčeva Street in Belgrade

The Privatization Agency announced that it had not received any bid for purchase of the business building of Yugoexport in bankruptcy, in Kolarčeva Street in Belgrade.

The estimated value of the building is 5.6 billion RSD, and the condition for submission of bids was the banking guarantee of 1.2 billion RSD.

The building has six floors, but only the cellar, the ground floor and five floors, of which total surface is 5,505 square meter, were offered for sale.
