TC Trošarina closer to realization as final permits for commencement of construction are being collected

Verano Group should soon start reconstruction and completion of TC Trošarina at nearly 73,000 square meters in the namesake settlement in Belgrade. That trade center will have three underground levels, ground floor and two storeys. The project carrier, company Autoremont, a member of Verano Group, is collecting necessary permits and consents. The Trošarina complex will occupy the area of 5.18 ha between Vojvode Stepe Boulevard and settlement Banjica.

As eKapija learned earlier from Vesna Krizmanić, the Executive Director of Projmetal, which is the head contractor for the works on future facility, the construction should last between two and three years.
