The City of Sremska Mitrovica has put three hectares and 29 ares of undeveloped building land in the Industrial Zone East up for sale, it was announced today.
The plot of land will be sold through an oral public bidding procedure, and the initial price is 660 dinars per square meter.
The location allows for the construction of a facility for economic-production and technological activities, and the purchaser will oblige to have an urban project prepared for the parcel.
The public bidding for this city-owned land in Sremska Mitrovica has been scheduled for April 30.
