Property of Zrenjanin-based trade company "Gvožđar" at auction on January 18, 2010

Trade company "Gvožđar" from Zrenjanin has advertised the sale of part of its property, and public auction is scheduled for January 18, 2010.

Potential buyers will be offered several retail facilities and warehouses in Zrenjanin and neighboring villages. Former workers and creditors, about 90 of them, expect that the debts to them will be, finally, paid after the auction. They have been trying to collect their late salaries for more than two years, ever since the company went bankrupt and they were left without jobs. "Gvožđar" owes them about 30 salaries.

The administrative building in the city center, which is, probably, the most expensive facility, is not going to be offered at the public auction because the ownership-legal issues for that facility have not been resolved yet.
