Auction for rental of land in locations of Lozni kalem and Skopljanska Street in Niš postponed until January 20, 2010

- The auction for rental of building land in the center of Niš and in the vicinity of spa resort Niška Banja, where hotels, aqua park and tourist complex are supposed to be built, has been postponed until January 20th, 2010 - people from company "Colliers" told Beta agency today (November 17, 2009).

- The deadline was extended at the request of the investors who asked for more time for preparations - said the people from "Colliers", which is the adviser of the city of Niš in that project.

The new ad for auction will be announced at the beginning of December. According to the ad for the auction that was supposed to take place on November 18th, the investors are offered the land at 22 ha and 54 acres in the vicinity of spa resort Niška Banja, in the location of Lozni Kalem, where aqua park, hotel and sports, health and trade facilities are planned to be built.

The building lot at 33.5 acres in Skopljanska Street in the center of Niš is intended for construction of a hotel with accompanying commercial contents. The land is offered for rent on the period of 99 years.
